Brilliant and perfectly located, and typical in omani hospitality.

I was exhausted upon arriving early and the lady at the front desk noticed this and assured me my room was ready and made sure I had all I needed for my stay. Genuinely want to thank her. I also loved the breakfast, arab + european options. The room was quiet too and well soundproofed.

Exceptional

Very satisfied. The room is very big, as are the living room and kitchen. Cooking is easy. There is a large lulu market on the north side of the hotel, 30 minutes walk from it. Although it is more trouble to drive over, but the road is also very simple. We stayed at this hotel after returning to Muscat from Sur and the reception gave us a reduced price.

We stayed around 17 days. The people at the reception were very friendly & helpful, not only when we checked in but also during our stay. Sheikha, the receptionist was very nice & always helped when needed. She and Munther, the other receptionist, were very professional. Reem, who works at the guest relations kept asking us if everything thing was ok & if we needed anything. They were all truly proficient in their line of work. Thank you all. In addition, the location of the hotel is awesome. It’s located in a busy area & very close to some of the beautiful shopping malls in Muscat.

Wonderful

The apartments are really spacious and well equipped, the common areas (pool, gym, restaurants, lobby, etc.) are also very good and nice. The big parking was also a big plus for us. Service and personnel are excellent. We totally appreciated that they granted us an early check-in (9 a.m.) for a small surcharge and a late checkout (3 p.m.) for free!

The location is not impressive, but in Muscat you need to move by car anyway, so in the end that was not a problem for us.

Value for Money.

It was one of the best stay, always we prefer to stay at the same Hotel. Location very good and near to grand mall and other shopping center. We recommended other to stay in. Check in and checkout was very fast and the staff in reception were perfect in dealing with us, for us this is the 03rd time we stan in Fraser Suites Muscat

Since it is a 5-star hotel, it is advisable to continue providing personal supplies, such as dental care sets, slippers, body lotion, and other supplies.

Great value for money!

I had chosen Fraser Suites Muscat for my 4 night stay in Oman and it was a fabulous option. The team at the hotel did a terrific job at making my family feel welcomed and at home with all our needs and requirements. We had stayed at a 2BHK 3Bath Apartment Suite which was extremely spacious and had a lot to offer. We made use of the extra amenities like gymnasium, roof top swimming, jacuzzi & spa. The hotel has ample safe basement for your vehicle and restaurants and cafes available within the facility. The room was upto the mark neat and tidy. Well done decor and furniture. In conclusion, the stay was high value for money and I would recommend Fraser suites for other travelers to Oman as well. The location is good. Around 15-20 mins drive from the cities like Muttrah and Qurum.

If I had to nitpick I would say, I didn’t have a dental kit kept in my washrooms ready. Once I called and requested, they immediately provided it. The washroom water heaters hold a minimum capacity of hot water gets over after 15-20 mins of showering.

Amazing stay

Our room was great, we stayed with 4 adults and got two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there was an additional bathroom with a shower. The living room is really spacious and includes a seating area & dining table. There is also a kitchen with all the amenities and a dishwasher. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great during our stay. We made great use of the pool on the top level and the gym. The location is also really central in Muscat, nothing is too far away. I could recommend this stay to anybody staying in Muscat

Fabulous

The idea of kids area, small space but it means big to children’s. The restaurant looks good and clean staff were friendly. We will recommend anyone to stay this hotel.the room was quite even you can hear the breathing voices which means all have slept well.

1-There were smell of smoking coming through bath. We have not mentioned this point. 2-Need some options in food , diet food to be added in menu or in breakfast as well. 3- some elevators were not work, this might be technical issue. Especially in parking area.

Everything!

Everything! Staff were very friendly and helpful (specially Marlon who went above and beyond to make sure we're enjoying our stay). Rooms were super clean, inc towels, sheets etc. Breakfast was good and eggs / omelettes were made to order. Coffee was ok but could be better... To sum up, very good hotel with professional staff and excellent facilities.

The hotel currently does not have a licence to sell alcohol and because it is close to a mosque it is very unlikely to get one... You can drink the alcohol you bring in your room but forget about enjoying a cold beer by the pool

Wonderful stay, and attentive staff.

Exceptional service from staff, beautifully decorated and well-equipped apartment. Reception staff - Jenny and Mohd Riyaz - were very helpful, as well as restaurant staff were very attentive. Breakfast was excellent, but a bit pricey.

Shuttle service was not available most of the time. Had to take taxi to nearby malls.

I am not one to leave such highly rated reviews but this...

I am not one to leave such highly rated reviews but this time was highly deserved. I booked this based on the good review for children...and it definitely met that. The staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, we came down with food poisoning (NOT from the hotel) and they did everything they could to make our stay more comfortable (special thanks to Flint). As the hotel is quite newly opened they did not initially have a high chair but by the morning they had gone and found one. The breakfast was fantastic - a huge array of different cuisines, fresh fruit, juices, breads...I think one of the better spreads I have experienced at a hotel. The cafe staff were great and served lovely food - they even looked after our baby so we could have time to eat our food in peace - what a luxury!! Then to top it off, when we had found we had forgotten our passport the hotel did a thorough check of the hotel room to see if it had been hidden...which it had. Again, I do not think many hotels would have done such a through check, on a whim that the passport may be there. My husband and I could not be more impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and service of this hotel. The garden / play area was perfect for our 8 month old and for toddlers. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay again if visiting Muscat (which I am sure we will). Thank you to all the staff, including those we did not see behind the scenes - you are doing a fantastic job and was very much appreciated.

The only thing to comment on / be aware of is that in the 1 bed apartments there is no bath, so for washing baby was a little tricky with the shower...but we managed. This, however, would not stop us from staying again.

large, brand new and quite apartments,polite staffs...

large, brand new and quite apartments,polite staffs specially the madam who was house keeper in 5th floor ( unfortunately I dont know her name) . very good A/C ,very good and on time housekeeping . near about 1 KM to two biggest malls of muscat ( muscat grand mall and avenuse mall ) of course not on foot in summer! I did not use the pool and gym but I saw them , both of them was large, clean and well equipped .

need to improve their kitchen tools like frying pan , pot and etc .the water pressure of bath shower is low.
